We analyze each client’s needs without a bias towards a particular mode of communication.  We have no vested interest in publicity campaigns, outreach to political leaders or regulatory bodies, advertising, blogs, guerilla marketing or anything else; we are only interested in what works. 

Some clients need media exposure; others should avoid it. Some need to build bridges with potential new allies, from politicians to CEOs to activist groups. Others should refrain from this kind of engagement.

Some must find ways to protect reputations during crises, others are unknown and need to establish reputations or break into new markets.

Regardless of the challenge, all of them expect us to provide out-of-the-box thinking, creative solutions and the ability to implement them.
