Andrew Frank

Andrew FrankAndrew has a wealth of international experience, political communications savvy and media skills. His principal activities at Strategy XXI are crisis communications and the development and implementation of complicated communications strategies. Additionally, he has worked with dozens of law firms on complicated litigation matters and recalls and also assists, and trains, CEOs and spokespeople with their presentations in both the U.S. and abroad.

Prior to joining Strategy XXI in 1997, Andrew spent three years as Managing Director of the United States Information Agency's New York Foreign Press Center and two years as U.S.I.A.'s Communications Director. During this time, he was also the spokesman for the Clinton Administration at the UN Human Rights Conference in Vienna in 1993; coordinator of administration media activity during the 1994 GATT signing; media coordinator prior to and during the reinstatement of Haitian democracy in 1994; and international media coordinator during the G-8 Summit in Denver, 1997.

Andrew has written articles for several American and foreign newspapers, is a Member of the Council on Foreign Relations, for two years was a member of the Board of Overseers for the International Press Center and Club, Moscow, Russia and is currently a Co-Chair of the International PRSA-NY chapter.  He is a graduate of The George Washington University, Washington, D.C. and studied at Syracuse University’s London Centre.
