A life-long internationalist, Frank Clarke joined Strategy XXI Group in July, 1999, after a career at Grey Global Group, where he was most recently the Executive Vice President in charge of their Americas region.

He is a specialist in international marketing, communications and branding, with a focus on healthcare and issues management. Prior to joining Grey, Frank served in the US Army in Germany and Viet Nam, earned a Bachelor's degree from New York University's School of Commerce and a Master's degree from the Medill School of Journalism at Northwestern University.

Frank worked his way through college as a journalist. He is Chairman of the Board of Directors of Street Law, Inc.; a past member of the Executive Committee of the Board of Directors of the US Fund for UNICEF, where he has volunteered for 15 years, and is a past Chairman of the International Committee of the American Association of Advertising Agencies. He speaks fluent Spanish.
